The public is familiar with the fact that I filed a lawsuit against Credit Agricole Bank from Serbia in August 2017 because of the null and void mortgage they based on the newly built facilities of the Bus Station and EvoBus Service Centre; the Anti-corruption Agency decisively reacted to that occasion, but there was no response. After several days the judge of the Commercial Court in Novi Sad Goran Crevar made the decision on the actual incompetence and I sent a complaint to the Commercial Court of Appeal which abolished the decision and sent the case back to the repeated proceedings to the Commercial Court in Novi Sad and the judge Goran Crevar. The judge held one hearing and it was already on 25 October 2017 that he made decision by which the temporary measure was rejected.

I sent another complaint to the Commercial Court of Appeal from Belgrade which made its decision and ABOLISHED THE DECISION ON REJECTING THE TEMPORARY MEASURE.

IT WAS THE THIRD TIME THAT THE COMMERCIAL COURT OF APPEAL ABOLISHED THE DECISION made by the Commercial Court in Novi Sad Goran Crevar!

In the meantime, the cadastre from Novi Sad made the note of the dispute at the newly built facilities.

The same judge from the Commercial Court, Goran Crevar, made the rejecting decision in one of the damage compensation demands in accordance with the lawsuit filed by ATP Vojvodina. (link)

It can be clearly seen here that taking away of the funds has been projected by the politicians, bankers and judges.

In the true sense of the word, they are an organized criminal group.
