Composition of the Council was changed at the beginning of this year, with the Judge Rapporteur and five days after appointment of the Council the Judge presented the case and it was voted then.

The outcome is still unknown, but it is symptomatic that Delibašić became the High Judicial Council member on 1 April, which secures a good position for her till the end of her working life. Work on this case was her ticket for her entrance to that position, but also for numerous privileges for her and her family members.

As for other two members of the Council, the Council President Vesna Popović retired – and two weeks later the case was sent to judicial practice, i.e. to its harmonization with the decisions made earlier in similar court proceedings. That is the only thing that is at this moment known about the destiny of the case which has been at the Supreme Court of Cassation for already two years.

I then signed a contract with the then City authorities. My obligation was to build a new modern facility with accompanying facilities, while the City had no investments other than the obligation to relocate traffic to a new location after obtaining a use permit. The City did not fulfill that obligation, the investment could not function and under the burden of credit installments, the company went bankrupt.

Based on that, motivated by the provision of the Law on Obligations that whoever does damage to someone else must pay it, I filed a lawsuit for personal damage I suffered as an investor whom the City authorities cheated, made him enter the investment, and then prevented him from the facility starts operating.

The case of privatization of ATP Vojvodina is under constant monitoring of the European Commission, which marked it as one of the five largest from the list of 24 cases of high corruption and as the only one in which the investor but not the state was damaged.
